The company has a strong market position in Europe while its operations in the USA are in an expansive phase with great potential.

BHBD offers its products both through its own e-commerce and through an extensive network of retailers. With a strong digital presence and a growing international footprint, BHBD continues to set new standards within the hair care industry. The company is represented in 13 export countries worldwide, where sales are conducted through established distributors who share BHBD's passion for quality and innovation.

At the turn of the year, BHBD merged with its sister company under the brand BHBD. The combined company has a turnover of approximately 100 million SEK and now has an even stronger market position.

About the position of Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager at BHBD, you will have a broad role where you become the link between marketing strategy and execution. You will lead the company's marketing team and closely collaborate with other departments to ensure that BHBD's products reach the right target audiences and that brand presence is strengthened in key markets in the Nordics and the USA.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and management team and become a key person in setting direction and translating strategies into concrete activities for the marketing team. The role is both strategic and operational, which means you will work at both a high level and with hands-on tasks.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing team and project manage the launch of new products – from development, positioning, and planning to campaigns, content, sales materials, and customer launch
• Have overall responsibility for the marketing team's planning and delivery, with a particular focus on driving the process from product development and go-to-market plan to execution in e-commerce, PR, social media, CRM, and retailer networks
• Build structures to enable international expansion and long-term scalability
• Lead and execute best-in-class PR strategies and events with external stakeholders to build and strengthen BHBD's image and positioning
• Ensure a strong marketing team through recruitment, leadership, and culture building

Important for the position is:

• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles with personnel responsibility
• Experience in driving companies in international expansion and creating structure for growth
• Broad and deep understanding of marketing throughout the customer journey with both inbound and outbound marketing.
• Relevant experience in similar tasks, preferably in fast-growing companies and preferably within the beauty industry
• Be structured and analytical, able to identify and follow up on KPIs
