Do you want to work closely with the business and make a real difference in how transactions, processes, and systems interact? We are now looking for a Senior Business Support Specialist for an exciting assignment within construction and engineering in Stockholm🏗️📊

In this role, you will be part of an engaged team responsible for supporting and developing the business's Sales to Contract processes – from market analysis to signed customer agreements. You will work cross-functionally and support the organization in both methods and applications related to customer contracts, reference management, and CRM.

You will serve as a central link between users and product owners and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of both processes and systems 🚀

• Provide business-oriented support to super users within processes and applications

• Develop and conduct training, including webinars and guides

• Drive and facilitate networks for super users within relevant business areas

• Develop requirements for user guides, training materials, and learning solutions

• Capture improvement suggestions and forward them to product owners

• Contribute to the development of processes and systems

• Support planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

You are self-driven, communicative, and pedagogical, with a natural ability to convey knowledge to different parts of the organization. You have an analytical mindset, can see the big picture, and enjoy driving work forward towards clear goals.

• Several years of experience in business-oriented support, preferably within project or product teams

• Documented experience in supporting users in business processes and systems

• Experience in planning and conducting training, such as workshops, webinars, or user support

• Experience from construction, civil engineering, real estate, or engineering sectors

• Experience working with CRM systems or contract-related systems

• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Ability to work on-site in Stockholm 2–3 days/week

• Willingness to travel within the Nordic region ✈️

• Location: Stockholm (hybrid)

• Assignment period: February 2, 2026, to June 30, 2026
