Are you independent and experienced in accounts payable? Do you also have knowledge of NetSuite? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We at Vindex are currently on the hunt for an AP consultant for an assignment with immediate start at our client.

Location: Central Stockholm

Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire AP flow
• Structure and further develop processes within your area of responsibility
• Ensure effective and quality-assured routines for invoice processing

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is used to working independently and taking full responsibility for their tasks. You have the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive your work forward in a structured and solution-oriented manner. To succeed in this role, previous experience working in NetSuite is a fundamental requirement. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with ownership over processes and flows.
