Digitalization Department is looking for an Administrator
Are you service-oriented and used to working in a role with many points of contact? Do you enjoy working administratively? We offer the right person an interesting and central role with varied tasks in an environment characterized by development. The role is new within the digitalization department, so there is an opportunity to help shape the tasks.
The Government Offices work to create a modern, secure, and accessible digital administration for the benefit of society. Our digitalization department was reorganized from January 1, 2025, and plays a central role in the agency's development, responsible for supporting operations with robust and user-friendly IT solutions. We consist of just over 200 employees and about 70 consultants. We are now looking for an administrator who wants to be a qualified support to the Director of Digitalization and contribute to our operations functioning effectively and professionally.

As an administrator in the Digitalization Department, you will have the opportunity to work with varied tasks. Main tasks include:
- Coordinate planning, meeting notes, and practical support during meetings
- Administrative support to the Director of Digitalization's management group, consisting of four unit managers, a controller, and a business developer
- Assist with structure in the internal document management system.
- Update certain routines, instructions, and templates, as well as prepare various statistical materials and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate and plan meetings, travel, and other commitments
- Prepare materials, presentations, and documentation before meetings and decisions
- Handle incoming matters, emails, and documents
- Act as a contact point internally and externally
- Support in the follow-up of decisions, projects, and activities
- Participate in the development of administrative processes, workflows, and working methods together with the management group and HR
The work requires a good ability to prioritize and a willingness to create order and structure in a dynamic environment.

Your work is characterized to some extent by ongoing collaboration with other administrators/assistants in the agency. You will have ongoing dialogue with both managers and employees.

Requirements:
- Relevant education at the upper secondary or post-secondary level or equivalent knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative work and as management support
- Experience working in the public sector
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Ability to handle information with judgment and confidentiality
- Experience in developing administrative routines and working methods
- Used to working in a role with many points of contact
Meritorious:
- Experience working in project environments or with IT-related organizations
- Experience working closely or in support of management groups
- Good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing
- Good digital maturity and updated knowledge of digital tools

You contribute to solving various questions and issues of varying nature.

Permanent employment with a six-month initial probationary period. Your workplace is in the historic and beautiful Rosenbad, in the heart of Stockholm. Start date as soon as possible. The position is classified in a security class, and a security review with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but you may have a foreign background.
