We are based in Örebro, where we currently have 20 employees. Our clients are primarily located in the Örebro region and throughout central Sweden. In Stockholm, we have several clients, and now we want to establish ourselves further in the capital. We are now looking for someone who wants to join us on this establishment journey! As an HR consultant, you will have a fun, challenging, and varied job. Primarily, you will work with and within our service area HRbyOak. The HRbyOak service is simply an outsourced HR department in subscription form.

Through HRbyOak, we offer our clients – large and small and across various industries – professional HR support with high availability. Your primary task is to assist our clients with both strategic and operational advice within the HR field. You will be the company's support in driving the business and operations forward from an HR perspective. The client's needs will guide your daily work!

Clients are located throughout central Sweden, which means you must be open to travel for work. However, the primary focus of this position will be to work in Stockholm and its surrounding municipalities. You will be part of a team of 15 colleagues, where we collaborate to deliver what the client desires and needs, as well as to support and help each other. Our team is growing, which means you as a consultant will also have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the company's growth journey.

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a consultant, it is essential to be flexible as you work on several parallel projects. You must be able to quickly adapt to different clients and different subject areas – without compromising on quality. You see change as exciting and challenging, as varied tasks are part of your everyday life. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in business and entrepreneurship. You easily build relationships and trust through good communication skills and can explain things clearly and pedagogically. We value personal qualities highly, and with the right attitude, curiosity, and drive, you can go far! Collaboration skills are also something we value greatly.

We are looking for someone who has worked with business-oriented HR for a minimum of three years and feels confident in most HR processes. You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in economics, HR, or equivalent. We prefer that you have worked in an organization that has closely engaged with its clients, as customer focus is very important to us.
