About the Position

We are urgently looking for an HR Administrator or Payroll Administrator for a government agency in Stockholm. Are you the one we are looking for? Submit your application today, the deadline is Thursday, January 22.

The position may include the following tasks:

• Ongoing personnel administration
• Processing of employment matters
• Participate in recruitment and selection of staff (e.g., reference checks)
• Scheduling
• Updating information for staff on, for example, the intranet.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as HR Administrator or Payroll Administrator is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately and expected to last during the spring semester of 2026.

Requirements for the Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least one (1) year of work experience as an HR Administrator
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
• Familiarity with laws and regulations in the area
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience with Primula
• Experience with Public 360
• Government experience
