We are currently looking for a service-oriented and positive receptionist for a company in Solna. Are you social, enjoy providing good service, and thrive in a role with a lot of contact with people? Then this could be the right job for you.

  Monday–Thursday 12:00 PM–4:25 PM
  Friday 11:00 AM–3:00 PM

As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Welcoming visitors
• Assisting with some catering and preparing snacks
• Handling mail and deliveries
• Ordering office supplies
• Assisting with meetings and conferences
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Is service-oriented, responsible, and unpretentious

• Has good computer skills and a high school diploma

This position is well-suited for you who want to work part-time alongside studies or other commitments.
