Summer Position as Customer Service Representative in Stockholm City

Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. In your daily work, you will be in contact with many different customers. Your approach and ability to provide clear information will be central to the job. Together with your colleagues, you will staff our national customer service via phone. Here, you will receive calls and answer questions regarding test bookings, payments/fees, and other inquiries related to Driver Testing's operations throughout Sweden. We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied pace of work and sees it as a fun challenge to deliver the best possible service in every call.

Duration of the summer job: 2026-06-08 - 2026-08-14

Each summer job is advertised separately. This means that you need to apply for each summer job you are interested in. If you meet the requirements, you may be considered for several summer jobs and thus contacted by different managers for interviews.

If you meet the requirements in the ad and proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to complete web-based selection tests. Selection for interviews is based on the requirements in the ad and the results from the selection tests.

Who are you?

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand various tasks and resolve situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are engaged, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation where you responsibly take charge of your tasks while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We see that you, as a candidate, have:

• an ongoing university education or have completed your education in 2024 or later
• experience in customer service or another service profession
• good computer skills
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good knowledge of English, spoken
• a B driver's license (manual or automatic)
