Claims & Warranty Coordinator (Technical Support)

Primus-Silva in Sweden is looking for a Claims & Warranty Coordinator (Technical Support) for its Customer Service department. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for claims and warranty matters, both towards B2B customers and directly to end consumers (D2C). The role is central to our customer experience and product quality and involves close collaboration with several internal functions such as product, purchasing, sales, and the technical support team.

The Job

The Customer Service team at Primus-Silva consists of six people who work with technical support, order management, as well as claims and warranties for distributors, retailers, and end customers. In the role of Claims & Warranty Coordinator (Technical Support), you will have overall responsibility for managing and developing our claims and warranty matters within both B2B and D2C.

The role combines administration with technical work and involves analyzing claims, making technical assessments, troubleshooting products, and ensuring correct decisions in warranty matters in close dialogue with customers and internal departments. You are not expected to have full product knowledge from day one – you will learn this over time – but a genuine interest in technology, analytical skills, and a desire to understand and solve technical challenges are crucial for success in this role.
