About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you will be a central part of our growth journey. You will have overall responsibility for your consultants – from recruitment and onboarding to development and follow-up. You will work closely with both clients and employees, ensuring that all parties feel seen, heard, and satisfied.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• building and developing long-term client relationships
• being responsible for staffing and matching assignments
• contributing to business development and growth
• recruiting and coaching new employees
• being an ambassador for our culture and values
