As a salesperson at Coop, you are a key person in the store's e-commerce operations. You meet our customers with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in food. You inspire sustainable choices and contribute to creating an e-commerce business where the customer experience is at the center.

Even though your main tasks are online, they may vary as you and the store develop.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience – with joy in food, inspiration, and personal interaction.

• Picking and packing customers' orders with great care - always focusing on quality, freshness, and service.

• Participating in the daily operations of the e-commerce business – for example, managing order flows and delivery routines.

• Contributing to the store's other work, such as product picking, facing, and campaign work.

• Being part of a team where we learn from each other and celebrate successes together.

• A workplace where sustainability is a given – for both the planet and people.

You are a team player with energy, commitment, and an eye for the customer's needs. You may have experience in service or e-commerce, but most importantly, you have the willingness to learn and contribute. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are also advantageous.
