Logistics Coordinator at St1 Biokraft

Do you want to work in logistics for a company that contributes to the green transition? We are now looking for a logistics coordinator for a temporary assignment at our client St1 Biokraft in Södertörn, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of April, with the possibility of long-term extension.

Working Hours

Daytime Mon-Fri with some flexibility.

About the Position

As a logistics coordinator, you have operational and tactical responsibility to ensure that the right raw materials and biogas fertilizers are delivered in the right quality, quantity, and at the right time. You are an important part of the distribution chain and work closely with both internal and external partners.

The role is administratively heavy, and the most important thing is that you have good administrative experience – specific knowledge of the business will be provided through on-site training.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Daily contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers
• Ensure correct data quality for incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Proactive customer contact to optimize flows and quality of raw materials
• Plan weekly logistics flows for raw materials and biogas fertilizers
• Administration and reporting related to certifications (SPCR 120, ISCC, sustainability criteria for biogas)
• Quality control of incoming and outgoing materials

You will work closely with the plant's process engineer and raw material manager for the Stockholm region and report to the site manager in Södertörn.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented administrative experience from previous roles
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with numbers, forecasts, and reports
• A driver's license and access to a car

Preferred Experience:

• Post-secondary education in logistics or equivalent work experience
• Experience in transport and logistics work, preferably with tank or bulk goods
• Background in the energy, waste, agriculture, or food industry
• Experience with customer relations and contract work
• Previous work with certifications
