We are looking for an administrator/secretary who wants to take the first step in their career in administration. The position is suitable for you who master the Swedish language and have limited previous experience but have a strong motivation to develop and quickly take on new tasks. For the right person, we offer introduction and training.

We are a well-established company with many years of experience and a head office in Nacka. At the office, a dedicated team works where responsibility, collaboration, and mutual support are a natural part of everyday life.

Job Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things, the following administrative tasks:

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
• Document management and archiving
• Contacts with authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors in Sweden and internationally
• Ongoing updates and administration of databases
• Administrative support to team leaders

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and structured
• Proactive, service-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Punctual and quick to learn new tasks
• Independent in your work but has good collaboration skills
• Used to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

You also have:

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and Russian, both spoken and written, as these languages are used daily in communication with employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and international partners

Employment Conditions

• Start: Immediately
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (with lunch break)
• Salary: By agreement
