Administrator – temporary position until the end of the year (with the possibility of extension)

We are looking for an engaged administrator for the social administration's staff, reporting to the social manager.

The role is central in a major change process and involves varied tasks – from conference bookings and meeting administration to system administration in Procapita and LifeCare. You need to be flexible, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, and able to support colleagues during high workloads.

Responsibilities

As an administrator, you will be part of a team that ensures the operation runs smoothly. You will, among other things:

• Provide administrative support to managers and employees
• Be responsible for system administration and system management (Procapita/LifeCare)
• Handle cases and documentation
• Administer meetings, conferences, and internal activities
• Manage financial administration, invoices, and fee billing
• Support colleagues during high workloads and where needs arise

The tasks may change over time, and you will have the opportunity to contribute where your skills are most useful.

Qualifications

The following is required for the position:

• Education in administration, such as high school education, YH, or other education in administration
• Experience in administrative work
• Good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in public operations
• Experience in system administration or system management
• Experience in financial administration
• Experience with Procapita and/or LifeCare

The position is a temporary position until 2026-12-31, with a possible extension. Scope: Full-time (or by agreement). Start date: As soon as possible by agreement.
