Cybersecurity Officer at NCSC

The National Cybersecurity Center, NCSC, is seeking a cybersecurity officer to participate in building the center's operations at FRA. Your Mission
As an officer, you belong to the NCSC department. The department is newly established at FRA and is currently under construction. As part of this development, the unit has been newly established, allowing for significant growth opportunities in the role.
The role involves being responsible for collaboration and training, where you both conduct and, to some extent, lead efforts related to the public-private collaboration model NCSC. As an officer, you also coordinate with other specialists and leaders within FRA regarding cooperation and partnerships, which involves both internal and external contacts – within other operations and with collaborating authorities.
Your main tasks include:
- Leading and coordinating training efforts within collaboration and partnerships
- Leading sector-specific forums and working groups and driving knowledge exchange for continuous development of collaboration strategies.
- Planning, executing, and to some extent leading projects, as well as developing and managing implementation strategies for NCSC's public-private collaboration model.
- Preparing and delivering lectures, presentations, and workshops about NCSC's operations, as well as representing FRA at conferences, fairs, and other events
- Collaborating with other departments within FRA to ensure uniform and effective information dissemination to collaborating authorities.
Domestic travel may occur as needed.
You can
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in political science, computer engineering, or another relevant field and/or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
- At least five years of experience in cybersecurity
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity
- Experience in a coordinating or collaborative role
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Training in the field of cybersecurity.
- Experience in the cybersecurity field, in a coordinating or collaborative role
- Experience with the Office suite, time reporting systems, and financial systems in general

The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. In a few years, new premises will be ready in Bergshamra. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the provisions of the security protection law. With employment comes an obligation to be placed in wartime.
