On behalf of CTEK, we at NRG Agency are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the company's Low Voltage Consumer team. We are seeking someone based in or around Jönköping, Borås, or Gothenburg. As an Area Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and managing the sales of CTEK's products within your assigned area. You will be responsible for driving growth through new customer acquisition, strengthening existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the aftermarket. The role is operational and customer-facing, requiring regular travel to visit customers and prospects. You will be part of a Nordic sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve agreed sales budgets and targets

  • Identify, process, and develop new business opportunities

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts

  • Prepare and present business cases, negotiate terms, and close deals

  • Support marketing activities such as trade shows, conferences, and training sessions

  • Conduct technical presentations and product training

  • Participate in and/or lead meetings in English

Who you are

You are a proactive and self-driven salesperson with a strong interest in the automotive industry, consumer retail, the tools industry, or related markets. You enjoy building relationships, understanding customer needs, and translating technical products into clear business value. You are goal-oriented, take responsibility, and thrive in a dynamic environment focused on growth.

You have a problem-solving approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a genuine interest in technology and innovation. You feel equally comfortable on the shop floor as in the meeting room, combining technical understanding with strong business acumen.

Your competencies

  • At least 5–10 years of experience in a similar sales role (B2B/B2C)

  • Documented experience in business development and territory management

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Good technical understanding of vehicle systems

  • Solid experience with CRM tools

  • Background in consumer retail or a related technical industry
