As a Consultant Manager with us, you have overall responsibility – from creating and nurturing customer relationships to building and developing your own consulting team. You drive your own business from the first contact to closure, ensuring that both clients and consultants thrive and grow.

This is a role for you who wants to work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues, focusing on growth, quality, and long-term relationships.

Your main responsibilities:

· Build and develop customer-consultant relationships within your business area

· Identify, establish, and drive new customer collaborations

· Recruit, coach, and follow up with your consultants in their assignments

· Take responsibility for personnel, results, and delivery quality

· Ensure customer satisfaction and high quality in all deliveries

We are looking for you who is results-oriented, social, and business-driven, with a genuine commitment to people. Experience in the staffing or consulting industry is a plus – especially in logistics, industry, or the automotive sector – but not a requirement. If you have the right drive, we will support you with knowledge, structure, and tools to succeed.

We believe you have:

· Experience in sales, preferably B2B

· Previous personnel responsibility

· Ability to drive business and deliver on targets

· A combination of business acumen and good people skills
