What does an Area Manager do?

As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, you have personnel responsibility for a group of collectively employed staff who deliver our services to customers. Your main focus is to ensure that your employees thrive, develop, and have the right conditions to deliver world-class customer service – every day.

You lead, coach, and follow up with your team, actively working with resource planning, scheduling, and skills development, and are responsible for ensuring that staffing is always optimized. To create long-term satisfaction and a sustainable work environment, you work proactively to ensure that the next day's schedule is always fully functional.

In this role, you handle daily inquiries and issues from both employees and customers, acting flexibly, efficiently, and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for onboarding new customers into the schedule, planning ahead, and conducting interviews for upcoming recruitments.

Together with your team, you work to create profitable growth in the area, including everyone in the common goals and building a strong team spirit.

We would like you to have:
  • Experience working closely with customers and building relationships

  • A strong interest in personnel management

  • Experience from a broad role in a fast-paced environment with many tasks

  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
