About the trainee program:

Our trainee program is aimed at those who have one year left of their studies. The trainee program begins with 2 months of summer internship with us in Huddinge. You will receive an hourly wage and a supervisor, and all trainees will, in addition to working in their respective departments, also carry out a joint project together. In the fall, there is likely to be an opportunity for continued hourly employment, and in the spring, we may be able to collaborate on your thesis? You will gain valuable practical experience in the field of community building.

Trainee at the Municipal Land Surveying Authority: The Municipal Land Surveying Authority works with property formation, advice, planning registration, and participates in detailed planning projects as legal support. As a trainee at the Municipal Land Surveying Authority, you will, among other things, prepare and assist in land surveying proceedings, conduct simpler property law investigations, and work with quality assurance of the property register. The trainee program will give you the opportunity to quickly develop in the field of property formation and gain a deeper understanding of the community building process.

Your development with us:

During your time with us, you will be assigned a supervisor who supports and helps you in your daily work and helps you build your understanding of the unit. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to get to know other colleagues. About 40% of the time is devoted to the joint project work with other trainees. The remaining time is allocated for tasks within the unit.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is starting their final year of a university education with a focus on real estate law or the Land Surveying program with a focus on property law. You are expected to graduate in the spring of 2027. As a trainee with us, it is important that you are proactive and creative with the ability to collaborate smoothly and sensitively with others. Other important qualities in the role are that you communicate clearly and that you are goal-oriented and curious to learn new things and enjoy making suggestions and ideas in the workgroup. It is important that you are good at expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as the trainee role involves being in many different contexts with several points of contact.
