Rentokil Försäkring AB belongs to the Rentokil group and provides, among other things, pest insurance for insurance and property companies within the villa, holiday home, and property segments.

We are growing and need to expand our team with several claims adjusters! Our claims adjusters work with insurance claims, where adjustments are made based on given instructions and guidelines to create maximum customer benefit. The role also includes developing our existing systems and streamlining work processes, as well as collaborating with our local offices across the country to provide value to our customers.

The main tasks include managing and adjusting incoming claims from start to finish, project managing larger claims together with our local resources and external contractors, and communicating with policyholders on an ongoing basis. As a claims adjuster, you also provide internal support regarding condition interpretation and claims handling for our local technicians and management. You will also be involved in training and skills enhancement initiatives for our technicians throughout Sweden, with some travel within Sweden possible.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge in the areas of claims adjustment and building technology.

Desirable

  • Experience in Rentokil AB's business area and service portfolio.
  • Building technical knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance law.
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance terms and their interpretation and meaning.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Good communication skills both in writing and verbally.

  • Can work independently and has a high sense of responsibility and service.
  • Has a positive attitude and high engagement.
  • Is flexible, solution-oriented, and used to rapid changes.
  • Is structured and has good collaboration skills with other functions.
