We currently need reinforcement in our team of medical secretaries for approximately 6 months.

BUP Neuropsychiatry West consists of a team of over 30 employees. The clinic's mission is to investigate neuropsychiatric disabilities. We also provide pharmacological treatment for ADHD. Here, psychologists, medical secretaries, doctors, nurses, deputy unit managers, and unit managers work together. In addition to wanting to do the job as well as possible and increase accessibility to care for our target group, we work to build a well-functioning workplace where we thrive and have the opportunity to develop the business together.
BUP Stockholm Section Neuropsychiatry consists of One Way In, as well as currently six neuropsychiatric clinics located in Sickla, Solna, Älvsjö, Mörby, and Brommaplan.
Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities consist of working with the unit's administrative flows primarily related to our patients but also staff and finance. You will work with colleagues to smoothly call our patients via TakeCare and Always Open. You will handle incoming referrals, appointment scheduling/calls digitally and by mail, and cancellations/rescheduling.
The work may also include handling orders and invoices, receiving and processing incoming calls via the TeleQ telephone system, and working in the personnel administrative system Heroma. Medical secretaries also write dictations and coordinate investigation times to ensure that investigations are conducted efficiently and smoothly for the patients. The work may also include staffing the reception and answering questions from patients and guardians visiting the clinic.
As the administration of the clinics develops, the tasks for medical secretaries will be adapted and renewed to facilitate patients receiving the right care at the right time as much as possible.
Qualifications
A degree in medical secretarial training is a requirement. Experience working with the Take Care journal system is also required. You are comfortable handling new digital systems and solutions and see the benefits of digital technology available for patients.
It is advantageous if you have experience from child and adolescent psychiatric services and the systems Pastill (care administration) and TeleQ (telephone system).

As a person, you are self-driven and can work independently, while also being service-oriented and having very good collaborative skills. To succeed in the role, you need to be solution-oriented, work efficiently, and ensure that all tasks are performed professionally, as well as contribute to a good collaborative climate in the workgroup and a positive reception of patients and relatives. You enjoy development, improving administrative processes, and can handle a phase of establishment where routines and tasks change.

Employment Form

BUP Neuropsychiatry is part of BUP Stockholm. The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Stockholm (BUP) offers specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents under 18 years old within the Stockholm County. We are part of the Stockholm County's healthcare area, which is a provider within Region Stockholm.
