Site Access Coordinator at Telenor in Karlskrona

Do you want to work in a role where you meet many different people and where no day is the same? At Manpower, we are now looking for a Site Access Coordinator for Telenor in Karlskrona. This is a consultancy assignment for six months with good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by Manpower and work at Telenor - an employer that is both well-liked and well-known.

About the role

As a Site Access Coordinator, you will work office hours in Telenor's modern and pleasant premises in Karlskrona. Your main task is to manage access permissions related to entry at Telenor's technical sites. This includes:

• Management of access cards and keys
• Assignment of permissions
• Daily contact with colleagues, suppliers, property owners, and contractors via email and phone

This is a versatile role with a strong focus on service and communication.

Who are we looking for?

• Communicative, service-oriented, and responsible
• Proactive and meticulous
• Used to working independently and enjoy providing good service

Experience from service professions is a big plus, and if you have worked with similar tasks before, it is an advantage.
