We need to strengthen the organization with an additional associate lawyer based at our office in Olofström. We are looking for someone who has at least a Swedish law degree, preferably with some additional experience. You who apply should aim to become a lawyer once you meet the requirements of the Bar Association. We hope for a long-term collaboration, and for the right person, there may also be an opportunity for partnership as we are facing a generational shift.

The law firm primarily works with human rights law in a broad sense, including administrative law cases such as LVU, LPT, LRV, and similar cases. We also handle private law matters such as custody, housing, visitation, wills, estate inventories, inheritance distributions, certain contract law/sales law, etc. We also work with criminal cases both as a victim's counsel, special representative for children, and as a defender. We also deal with immigration law. One employee has developed special knowledge in equine law, and if you have an interest in horses, this is a positive aspect.

Centrumadvokaterna has offices in Växjö, Bromölla, and Olofström, and the person we are looking for this position will primarily be based at the Olofström office, although there will be some duties at all our offices.

We have a model where an employee initially, during the first months, receives a lot of guidance and accompanies their principal to meetings and trials without the requirement of independent billing. After that, the demands for independent work and billing increase gradually. The requirement, after the initial period, is a billing of 1,000 hours per calendar year.

The salary consists of a base salary and a commission component, which provides good opportunities for a good income for those who are ambitious and willing to work hard.

You who apply for the position are expected to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing; if you speak or write additional languages, this is an advantage.

Please note that a driver's license and access to a car are prerequisites for the position, as well as that you who apply have the opportunity to become a lawyer no later than 3 years after starting the employment, shorter time if you already have some type of work experience.
