The Municipal Executive Administration is responsible for overall development, municipal and corporate governance, as well as various projects. We are a total of about 70 employees working in municipal management, communication, citizen services, business, finance, HR, IT, and the unit for safety, security, and public health.
The Municipal Executive Administration provides support and service to other administrations through its various units and is an operation in direct contact with elected officials, citizens, visitors, and entrepreneurs.
Would you like to be part of our HR team? We are looking for someone to temporarily fill the role of HR specialist and make a difference!
We are an engaged HR team of eight people who support each other and share knowledge to provide the best possible support to the municipality's managers. For us, collaboration and care are just as important as competence. The department consists of HR, payroll functions, and staffing units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We need a temporary replacement as one of our colleagues will be on parental leave. As an HR specialist with us, you will have a varied and meaningful job. You will work with the entire HR area: labor law, rehabilitation, competence supply, work environment, salary issues, equal treatment, recruitment, and management recruitment.
We offer an independent role where you can contribute your expertise to both operational and strategic issues. You will be part of a team that develops together and is eager to take on new challenges. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in exciting development projects within the HR department.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a degree from a personnel and labor program or an equivalent higher education. It is a plus if you have experience in work where collaboration and meetings with people have been an important part. You need to have good knowledge of laws and agreements in the HR area, and if you have previously worked in the public sector, it is an advantage.
Communication is a significant part of the job, so it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You should also be comfortable with digital tools. Since you may need to travel around the municipality, a B driver's license is required.
We believe you are a person who collaborates well with others, is innovative, and finds solutions. You build trusting relationships and handle the employer's perspective with integrity. You are structured, take responsibility, and can work independently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
