About you You are attentive and have an easy time building trust with customers and colleagues You know that accuracy and structure contribute to quality and a smoother workflow for both the customer and the team You thrive in a dynamic environment and can remain calm in more intense moments You want to develop and challenge yourself in a role where you can take responsibility and grow You have a driver's license (manual) We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in service and/or in a customer-facing role and is experienced in working with various systems. You are comfortable in face-to-face meetings with customers - you understand the value of meeting with a smile and being able to stay calm and listen when needed. Digitalization is rapidly advancing in the automotive industry - apps are becoming an increasingly important part of car ownership today, and it is essential for us to be able to assist our customers with this. To grow in the role, we see that you need to be interested in and have an aptitude for various digital solutions.
About the job As a service advisor, you are an incredibly important part of the customer's journey with us. With your commitment and professionalism, you create a safe and smooth experience for each customer. You will become part of our family-like team in Karlskrona, where we work with the brands Nissa, Hyundai, MG, and BMW.
Responsibilities Assist customers with bookings and inquiries Schedule cars for the technicians in the workshop Create and provide quotes Proactive outreach to potential customers Invoicing and handling of insurance and warranty matters
When you start with us, we provide you with the training you need to settle into your new role. You will begin with training to learn the basics of the job and get an introduction to what it is like to work at Holmgrens Bil. You will then have the opportunity for continuous further education in your role through training in areas such as customer satisfaction and systems. We are looking for someone who wants to learn new things and take on new tasks in your work, as there are many responsibilities as a Service Advisor to delve into.
Scope: Full-time Working hours: Weekdays 7:00-16:00 / 7:30-16:30 Location: Karlskrona Start date: By agreement
