Support Representative for Nortic AB - Consulting Assignment via Manpower

We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused individual to join Nortic's support team. You will provide quick and professional assistance to our ticket buyers via phone and email. Initially, you will focus on customer inquiries from ticket buyers, but in the long run, organizer support may also be included.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support inquiries via email and phone
• Assist ticket buyers with questions about tickets, payments, deliveries, and refunds
• Support organizers with Nortic's systems (event setup, reports, statistics, sales)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate internal function
• Document cases and solutions in the case management system
• Ensure that customer dialogues maintain high quality and comply with GDPR
• Contribute to the development of guides, routines, and improvements in the support flow
• Collaborate with sales and delivery for smooth onboarding of organizers

Working Hours

• Flexible arrangement: 2-3 days per week, preferably including weekends
• Shifts may vary between 08:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00

We Believe You Are

• Skilled in expressing yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written (English may occur occasionally)
• Computer literate and have experience working in various systems
• Service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
