About the role

We are currently seeking a team member for our Customer Service department in Karlshamn.

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for booking transports, receiving orders, and communicating with carriers, customers, and partners. This is a fast-paced job where your problem-solving skills are often challenged by new situations.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Receive bookings from our customers through various booking methods, check booking quality, and register them in our TMS

  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and colleagues to ensure customer commitments are met

  • Update and implement procedures required for operational work

  • Reporting and follow-up of deviations

  • Settlements

  • Invoice management

  • Update contracts

  • Claims management

 

About you

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the position.

This is a permanent full-time position, starting with a six-month probation period.

Start date according to agreement.
