At Skandinavisk Kompetensservice, we work with technical consulting services and are specialized in expertise within the land-based oil, offshore, and subsea markets in Norway and the North Sea.

We have invested heavily in quality and personal service, and we have a cheerful team focused on their professional careers.

Despite a strained global economic situation, we have a steady demand for our services and are therefore looking for a new employee to be based at our headquarters outside Karlskrona.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in service or sales in some form. You enjoy creating results and are driven by good relationships with others. You may come from a service industry with a different focus and have experience in meeting people over the phone or digitally.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Creating business opportunities

Following up on processes

Working on the phone

Digital meetings/personal meetings

Working with recruitment administration at an international level

Supporting the recruitment department

Handling ongoing personnel matters/personnel responsibility

Digital marketing and creating texts for advertisements and publishing materials.

Archiving and digital work in CRM systems.

You are good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing and enjoy working results-oriented over the phone. You are skilled at communicating and feel comfortable in the English language. You should have a burning interest in other people and good analytical skills. The person we are looking for is organized and enjoys working in a structured manner.

Background and qualifications

Being a salesperson or HR specialist today is not a necessity. However, you should have solid social skills and a great interest in how your future should look.

Minimum average user of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media, and smartphones.

Travel for work may occur.

Remote work from home is not applicable.

Language requirements:

Swedish as a native language, i.e., fluent in speech and writing with good expressive ability

English intermediate/fluent in speech and writing

Minimum high school qualifications
