Your new role

We are now looking for a tactical buyer for an exciting assignment with a leading player in the defense and technology industry in Karlskrona. In this role, you will work closely with the business and play a key role in ensuring efficient and business-oriented supplier flows in a technically advanced environment.

You will work both operationally and tactically with purchasing, where negotiation, contracting, and collaboration across functional boundaries are central. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a structured environment with high demands for quality, safety, and accuracy.

Examples of tasks: Gather and evaluate supplier quotes Negotiate and establish agreements, including NDAs and contracts Participate in and drive cross-functional category and procurement teams Ensure functioning delivery flows in collaboration with technology, purchasing, and suppliers Manage item and inventory information within the assigned category Perform administrative purchasing-related tasks Participate in improvement and development initiatives within purchasing

In your application: Ensure that it is clearly stated that you are qualified according to the client's desired qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you need to

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing and relevant education in the field.

  • Be self-driven and have good experience working with supplier quotes, negotiations, and establishing agreements and NDAs.

  • Have some experience in category work and preferably the ability to interpret technical drawings.

  • It is highly meritorious if you have knowledge of GCP.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
