We are looking for a Tactical Buyer responsible for purchases related to both ongoing needs and projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing quotes, orders, and delivery monitoring while ensuring correct terms and updated item data. The role combines operational and tactical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quotes, perform price comparisons, and conduct simpler price negotiations
• Establish and manage NDAs and simpler framework agreements according to policy
• Ensure correct purchases in the business system according to agreements and procedures
• Work with orders, order management, and delivery monitoring
• Follow up on deliveries, handle discrepancies, and escalate when necessary
• Act as POC (Point of Contact) for selected suppliers
• Participate in category and procurement teams with purchasing, technology, and stakeholders
• Update item and supplier data, e.g., lead times, prices, and commercial information
• Support the follow-up of purchasing-related KPIs such as delivery precision
• Contribute to the development of purchasing routines, processes, and working methods

We are looking for someone who

Thrives in a role where you combine structure, business acumen, and collaboration with both internal functions and suppliers. You are confident in supplier dialogue, work independently, and can prioritize when multiple tasks are ongoing simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing in an operational or tactical role
• Alternatively, post-secondary education in purchasing/logistics + 2-3 years of purchasing experience
• Experience with quotes, price assessments, and simpler negotiations
• Familiar with working in business systems with order management, purchases, and item data
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Ability to undergo security clearance according to security protection legislation (level 3)
