As a B2B appointment setter with us, you will become a central part of our successful team. Your primary task is to make initial contact with companies, farms, property owners, and associations, create interest in our energy solutions, and schedule meetings where our energy experts can demonstrate how businesses can reduce their energy costs and invest in the energy systems of the future.

You will receive the right conditions from the start – and all the opportunities to succeed in the role. We offer an efficient calling system, ready-made lists of companies to contact, and incoming inquiries via our website. Your role also involves relationship-building dialogues with decision-makers, where you book meetings and create business opportunities within a rapidly growing future industry.

This is a role for you who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and inspiring others. You will receive all the tools and training you need to succeed – the only thing you need to bring is your energy, drive, and willingness to perform.

Nordiska Energilösningar works with the installation of solar power systems, battery storage, and smart energy systems for companies, farms, and property owners. We are a rapidly growing company passionate about sustainable solutions and personal customer contact.

You will work from our office either in Kalmar or Karlskrona alongside a team of dedicated colleagues who share your desire to achieve results. We offer a structured work environment with clear goals and a lot of freedom under responsibility.

Your profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

Enjoy contact with people and have a positive demeanor

Have the ability to build trust quickly, even in conversations with business leaders and decision-makers

Have strong self-motivation and are driven by achieving set goals

Have previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or telephone work (preferable but not required)

Are computer literate and enjoy working with digital tools
