Do you enjoy creating solutions that satisfy customers?

As a colleague in Operations, you will use your commitment to customer service to solve problems and create positive customer experiences. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, administer them in our system, and drive them forward with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role may also include outbound calls. You will have a central role in managing our Savedesk.

Together in the team, we work towards common goals – short response times, high customer satisfaction, and smooth processes. We value collaboration and that everyone actively contributes to our common success.

Who are you?

  • A clear sales ability and the courage to ask questions, challenge, and guide customers

  • A service heart — you want every customer interaction to end better than it started

  • An analytical ability to understand the customer's needs and suggest the right solution

  • Good communication skills and a positive, proactive work approach

  • The ability to maintain structure even when the pace increases

  • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
