About the job as a tactical buyer:

As a tactical buyer with us at Jefferson Wells, at our client SAAB in Karlskrona, you will work with the daily purchasing flow and ensure that the business has the right materials at the right time. You will manage orders and delivery monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with other buyers and the goods reception, where you will become a key person in following up deliveries, managing calls for materials, and updating item information. You will work in a structured and proactive manner to ensure delivery precision and contribute to an efficient material flow.

Common tasks include:

• Manage inventory orders and log pickup orders.
• Call off inventory materials and follow up on missing deliveries.
• Monitor deliveries and escalate deviations to tacticians and strategists.
• Update items with delivery times, prices, and other information.
• Generate KPIs for delivery precision and flag deviations.
• Update price lists and collaborate with goods reception.
• Manage orders and delivery monitoring.
• Draft simple contracts.
• Supplier contact.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who wants to develop within tactical purchasing and thrives in a role where you can combine structure, communication, and problem-solving. You are proactive, driven, and have an easy time collaborating with different functions. To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, responsible, and have a good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Has education and experience in purchasing.
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Thrives in a role with many contact points and varied tasks.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
