We are now looking for a tactical purchaser for a consulting assignment in Karlskrona. The assignment involves close collaboration with several functions, focusing on supplier quotes, negotiations, and contracting to ensure efficient and quality-assured deliveries. The role suits you who are self-driven, structured, and confident in all parts of the purchasing process.

• Gather and evaluate supplier quotes

• Negotiate and establish contracts, including NDA

• Drive and participate in cross-functional category and procurement teams

• Ensure functioning flows in collaboration with technology, purchasing requests, and suppliers

• Manage item and inventory material information within the assigned category

• Perform associated administrative tasks

• Participate in improvement and development initiatives within purchasing

• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing

• Education in purchasing or equivalent work experience

• Experience in negotiation, procurement, and contract writing (including NDA)

• Ability to work independently and drive purchasing processes

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• CV where the above must-haves are clearly stated

• Experience in category work

• Ability to interpret drawings

• Familiarity with GCP
