We are looking for a tactical buyer for an organization that requires structured purchasing processes and clear supplier management. In this role, you will have a central position in ensuring the right deliveries by working closely with technology, internal buyers, and suppliers. You will also contribute to improvement initiatives and the development of working methods within category and procurement work.

• Gather and evaluate supplier offers.
• Conduct negotiations and be responsible for contracting deliveries.
• Drive and participate in cross-functional category/procurement teams and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a functioning flow in collaboration with technology, internal buyers, suppliers, and applicable agreements.
• Work with contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
• Manage item and inventory material information within the assigned category.
• Perform purchasing-related administrative tasks.

• Education in purchasing and at least 2 years of experience in purchasing work.
• Knowledge of category work.
• Experience in writing contracts, NDAs, and working with procurement.
• Self-driven working style.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in category work.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Familiarity with GCP.
