We are looking for summer temp staff for our customer service!
At customer service and service journeys, which is one of three units under the Blekingetrafiken brand, we are a team with varied tasks.
Everything from coordinating vehicles and orders within service journeys; local traffic, special transport, and medical transport to providing our customers with traffic information. We are now looking for summer temp customer service representatives, take the chance to gain valuable work experience by working with us this summer!
About the job
Our customer service works to create the best customer experience in the industry. Therefore, you are important for creating good relationships, a strong brand, and satisfied customers.
During a typical workday, you will handle orders for service journeys and direct vehicles within service journeys, as well as work with traffic information aimed at our customers traveling by bus, train, and boat. In your role, it is essential to stay updated on applicable regulations, application instructions, and procedures within service journeys, for example, to manage and document certificates for travelers.
We work in a call center environment in Karlskrona where we handle much of the service via phone and computer. The work mainly consists of booking trips for people who need to use special transport and medical transport. The planning for trips covers the entire Blekinge County, but trips may also occur across county borders.
In our customer service, you will also answer questions related to public transport in general, such as tickets and prices, ordering timetables, travel tips, and much more. We also manage demand-responsive traffic and order local traffic within Blekinge.
About you

There are demands that you can offer a high level of service and provide clear feedback to our customers. We expect you to be solution-oriented and a good communicator and that you are self-driven.
To succeed in your role, you are efficient in your work approach to managing customer contacts via phone, email, and customer case systems to continuously assist customers with various inquiries. You are attentive, which allows you to quickly identify customer needs. You stay one step ahead and can resolve situations that would otherwise negatively affect the customer.
To become one of us at Blekingetrafiken, you need to have good collaboration skills with your colleagues. Since we are on a journey of change, it is important that you are curious, willing to learn new things, and work on improvements. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as the ability to handle stress and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Completed high school studies.
- Experience in customer service. Customer service jobs where you have worked directly with customers through digital support and via phone, such as customer service representative, receptionist, and support technician. Alternatively, experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
- Good computer skills in basic operating system management, office programs, email and calendar management, Internet, and use of systems such as CRM, booking systems, or deviation systems, related to the needs of the business.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in customer service in a call center environment.
- Training in customer interaction and service.
- Knowledge of telephony, social media, chat, and email.
- Good local knowledge of Blekinge County and our neighboring counties.
- Good IT skills.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
About the position
We are looking for 2 summer temp customer service representatives for the Customer Service and Service Journeys Unit. Your immediate manager is Villiam Sederblad, the department manager.
The position is a summer temp position during the period of weeks 26-33.
Working hours according to schedule, including evenings and weekends, work during inconvenient hours. Solo work may occur.
