Service-oriented Employee Wanted at Stena Line

Are you a service-oriented person who is passionate about going the extra mile and leaving guests with a smile on their faces? As a member of our Check-in operations, you play a crucial role in creating the guest's first impression for their journey with us and are the face of Stena Line. Here, you will work with guest service in various ways, aiming to make every guest feel welcome and ensure they have a fantastic start to their journey.

We are now looking for a colleague for a 100% temporary position starting immediately for an initial period of 6 months.

Some Responsibilities:

• Check-in of trucks and cargo such as goods, pallets, and loose trailers
• Management of waiting lists, mail, and lists/summaries for various departments within the organization
• Check-in and booking of private guests
• Administration of departures
• Management of conference rooms, storage boxes, vending machines, etc.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the terminal

Your Must-Haves:

• Work experience in service, travel industry, or logistics
• At least 18 years old
• Driver's license (B)
• Completed high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as we have many international guests

Preferred:

• Additional language skills

The position is a 100% temporary position for 6 months, starting immediately or by agreement. The placement is at our terminal in Verkö, about 10 km from Karlskrona.
