About the job as an operational buyer:

As an operational buyer at Jefferson Wells with our client in Karlskrona, you will have a central role in the daily purchasing work. You will be responsible for ordering materials and services for ships and submarines, following up on deliveries, and ensuring material availability. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders. You need to quickly adapt to new environments and contribute with solutions.

Common tasks include:

• Operational purchasing work and orders.
• Delivery monitoring and follow-up.
• Contact and dialogue with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration with planning, production, and project teams.
• Ensuring that purchases are made according to needs, timelines, and procedures.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with experience in operational purchasing who enjoys a role with pace and responsibility. You are self-driven, structured, and communicative, with the ability to build good relationships. To succeed in this role, you need to be solution-oriented and used to taking initiatives.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in operational purchasing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Is self-driven and proactive.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and communicative.
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing (English is a plus).
