jem & fix is currently looking for a driven Deputy Store Manager for our store in Karlshamn!

🧰About the Role

As a Deputy Store Manager at jem & fix, you will be responsible for the store's operations when the Store Manager is not present. This means creating the conditions for you and your employees to deliver good sales results in the best way possible.

As the right hand of the Store Manager, you ensure that routines regarding cash register, deliveries, and work environment are followed, and you constantly strive to be a role model for your colleagues.

You will work operationally with the daily store operations, which includes tasks such as ordering and receiving goods, unpacking deliveries, and leading and actively participating in sales and inventory work.

Since the store is open every day of the week, both day, evening, and weekend work will occur.

You are proactive and results-oriented with the ability to clearly communicate expectations and information to your employees. You are well-organized and solution-focused even under high workload and have the ability to prioritize and plan for the best workflow. Ongoing evaluation of your own and your employees' work efforts is something you see as a given. Perhaps you have an ambition to take on the role of Store Manager in the future?

If you are also a dedicated and handy DIY enthusiast, that is a big plus.

We would like you to have:

-Experience in customer service and/or sales, at least 3 years.

-Previous leadership experience.

-Driver's license: B-license or AM-license.
