🚀 We are looking for an engaged inside salesperson to join our growing team!

As an inside salesperson with us, you will become a central part of our successful team. Your main task will be to make the first contact with both companies and homeowners, create interest in our services, and schedule site visits where our energy experts can show how we help customers save money and contribute to a greener future.

You will be given the right conditions from the start – and all the opportunities to succeed in the role. We offer an efficient calling system, ready-made company lists to contact, and incoming inquiries via our website. Your role also involves remote sales, where you will have the chance to build relationships, schedule meetings, and create business in a rapidly growing future industry.

This is a role for you who enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and inspiring others. You will receive all the tools and training you need to succeed – all you need to bring is your energy, drive, and willingness to perform.

Nordic Energy Solutions works with the installation of solar power systems, battery storage, and smart energy systems for individuals and companies. We are a growing company passionate about sustainable solutions and personal customer contact.

You will work from our office either in Kalmar or Karlskrona alongside a team of engaged colleagues who share your desire to achieve results. We offer a structured work environment with clear goals and a lot of freedom under responsibility.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Enjoy contact with people and have a positive demeanor
  • Have the ability to build trust quickly
  • Have a strong personal drive and are motivated by achieving set goals
  • Have previous experience in sales, customer contact, or phone work (meritorious but not required)
  • Have good computer skills and enjoy working with digital tools
