Rawfoodshop Scandinavia AB is a fast-growing e-commerce company focusing on organic and innovative food products, dietary supplements, and health food. We combine a passion for health with a high level of service and have online sales throughout the Nordic region.

Job responsibilities:

As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of the team and have a varied workday where you will work both administratively and operationally.

As a person, you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, working in a fast-paced environment, and solving problems independently. You are keen to take on new tasks and have a knack for collaborating and communicating with your colleagues.

Your main tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and complaints
• Register returns and follow up on return cases
• Handle order placement and follow-up in the business system
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries
• Administer payment issues, invoices, and credits
• Some customs handling

Assist in the warehouse as needed:

• Order management
• Label handling
• Pack and pick orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service (at least 2 years) and preferably order administration
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or similar.
• Good computer skills, preferably experience with e-commerce systems (e.g., Askås / Shopify) and business systems (e.g., Business Central)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; Danish, Norwegian, German, and Finnish are advantageous
• Independent, meticulous, problem-solver
• Enjoy working both at a desk and in a dynamic warehouse environment
• Interest in organic food and sustainable lifestyle is a plus
