Your Day

You will work during office hours in spacious and bright premises at Telenor's modern and welcoming office in Karlskrona. Here, you will encounter a work environment that promotes both well-being and collaboration.

As a Business Advisor, you will be part of an engaged and knowledgeable team that supports Telenor's corporate clients with consulting and customer service every day. Your role is to build strong and long-term relationships, understand the client's business, and offer solution-oriented and professional support.

With a clear customer focus, you strive to deliver top-class service - where the goal is to exceed the customer's expectations in terms of quality, responsiveness, and efficiency in case management.

We would like you to have:

good knowledge of both Swedish and English
a high school diploma
1 year of work experience
previous experience in customer service-related roles
