About the position

As an HR Generalist, you will be an important part of our Operations Support department and work both operationally and developmentally across the entire HR area. You will be responsible for our central HR processes such as recruitment, pre/on/offboarding, and personnel administration.

In this role, you will support our managers in personnel issues, labor law, rehabilitation, and workplace environment in close collaboration with the CEO and the workplace environment function. You will ensure that our HR routines, processes, and templates maintain high quality and are further developed in line with the needs of the business.

A significant part of the work involves actively working with competence supply and development initiatives. You will also contribute to the implementation and follow-up of employee surveys and participate in internal development activities.

The role also involves internal and external collaboration within the HR area, for example with educational actors, partners, and authorities.

About you

You have a post-secondary education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent competence. You have good knowledge of labor law, recruitment, and HR processes and thrive in a role where you can support and guide managers in both operational and more complex personnel issues.

You work in a structured, independent, and service-oriented manner and easily build good relationships both internally and externally. You express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good administrative skills as well as experience with HR systems.

You are development-oriented, take initiative, and are happy to contribute ideas that strengthen our working methods and our organization's development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is a full-time position located in Karlskrona. Start date by agreement. The employment may begin with a probationary period.
