Through labor market initiatives and job matching, as well as through assessments and adaptations. Iris is part of the Iris Group, one of Sweden's leading actors for effective education and support measures for adults. The Iris Group, which consists of the operations Iris and Medlearn, has a turnover of approximately 400 million SEK and over 550 employees at 80 locations across Sweden. Our vision is to realize dreams. Through our efforts, where each individual reaches their full potential, we create a better society with reduced unemployment and increased integration. Iris strives for gender balance and values the qualities that diversity brings to the organization. Watch the film about Iris, read more at iris.se and irisgruppen.se.
