About the position We are looking for two driven Investment Project Managers for assignments in Karlskrona. You will lead and coordinate investments in production facilities and production capabilities, with responsibility for timelines, budgets, procurement, and implementation. In your daily work, you will lead experienced production engineers and purchasers who define needs, specifications, and commissioning of equipment and production capabilities. The group also includes controllers, while property-related investments are managed by the Property organization.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and follow up on investments with a focus on timelines and budgets

• Plan and allocate tasks within the project group

• Coordinate investment documentation for approval

• Lead the implementation and commissioning of equipment and production facilities

Who are you? We prefer that you have experience in investments in production facilities, preferably in ship production with a focus on sheet metal production such as welding, cutting, sheet metal forming, machining, and surface treatment.

Profile:

• Experience in large and medium-sized investment projects

• Experience from the manufacturing industry

• Preferably experience in production technology work

• Social and team-oriented with the ability to build effective teams

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and solution-focused

• Strong technical interest

• Structured and organized

• Preferably experience with business systems such as Aveva ERM and Hansa

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
