Are you a structured and driven person with a technical background who is passionate about education and coordination? We are now looking for a Training Coordinator with 5+ years of experience who wants to help develop training programs for advanced vehicle systems. Here, you will play a key role where you can influence the content and drive the training process forward.

About the role:

As a Training Coordinator, you will work broadly from planning and coordination to the practical implementation of training initiatives. You will be responsible for developing training plans, coordinating materials, and scheduling training sessions. The training will take place both in Karlskrona and with external providers located in Southern Sweden.

You will collaborate closely with systems engineers and subcontractors who conduct parts of the training. The target group primarily consists of crew and maintenance personnel. The role involves many points of contact and therefore requires that you enjoy meeting people and can easily adapt to different situations.

A methodical, structured, and proactive team player who enjoys creating order while driving projects forward. You thrive in a technical environment and have the ability to translate complex information into clear training flows.

Your qualifications

• Technical education or relevant technical background

• Experience in coordination and planning

• Experience in one of the ILS areas: Technical Information or Training

• Very good Swedish and English in spoken and written form

• Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

• It is an advantage if you have a military background or completed military service

• It is a significant plus if you have previously worked in the public sector or larger organizations in a similar role.
