Are you a structured and language-savvy technical communicator who is passionate about making complex information clear and user-friendly? You will work on developing operator instructions, primarily in PowerPoint, through an iterative and business-close process.

The work includes, among other things:

• Data collection through interviews and dialogue with experts

• Photography and handling of image and text materials

• Structuring and developing technical content

• Production of documents according to templates and system support

• Review and quality assurance together with relevant stakeholders

You will be an important link between technology and users – where clarity, pedagogy, and structure are crucial✍️

• Has 3-5 years of experience working as a technical communicator in the industry

• Is accustomed to creating, structuring, and presenting technical information for different target groups

• Has a good understanding of machine directives and machine safety

• Has excellent skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint

• Is analytical and can develop content and structure for increased readability

• Has a strong sense of language style and information flow

• Is structured, systematic, and meticulous

• Has a clear drive and works independently

• Is skilled at collaborating and building good relationships, both internally and externally

• Is fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing

• Location: Karlskrona (100% on-site)

• Extent: Full-time
