Pelmatic is a family-owned staffing agency within the healthcare sector. We are now welcoming a colleague to the position of Economist on our finance department at our headquarters in Karlskrona.

Your Role

You will work as an Economist handling ongoing financial tasks for three companies within our group, all operating in the healthcare staffing industry.

The role involves responsibilities primarily focused on invoicing for the companies, supplier invoices, monthly reconciliations, annual accounts, contract management, some payroll duties, and ongoing bookkeeping. You will also be available to assist colleagues with questions related to your area of expertise.

Who You Are

You have a university degree in economics or equivalent education. Professional experience in the field is a plus.

You need to feel confident working independently and prioritizing according to the company's needs. It is an advantage if you have a good eye for detail and enjoy structure, as you will be handling multiple tasks in parallel. In addition to our accounting system Fortnox, much work is done in Excel, so you should have good proficiency in it.

As a person, you have a strong sense of service and understand the importance of high quality. You value a pleasant workplace where you become part of the office community.
