Your new role

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer for a position with a leading industrial company in Karlskrona, with good opportunities for future employment with the client.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing operator instructions for the company's production. You will work closely with technical specialists and other stakeholders to gather information, document work processes, and create clear instructions that ensure quality and efficiency.

The work is iterative and includes among other things:

• Gathering information through interviews and observations
• Photography as well as handling of images and text
• Creating operator instructions in existing templates and systems (currently mainly in PowerPoint)
• Coordinating review and approval together with the company's experts
• Continuous development of the documentation's structure and content

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Karlskrona, work is performed 100% on-site.
Start: As agreed. End: 9 months. This is a "temp-to-hire" arrangement where the ambition is that you, after a successful consulting period, will be offered employment with the client company.
Other information: A drug test must be conducted before the start of the assignment.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Experience working as a technical writer in the industry
• A genuine interest in creating clear and pedagogical technical information for different target groups
• Ability to analyze, structure, and develop technical content for increased readability and understanding
• Good sense of language, tone, and information flow in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machine safety
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
