Production Administrator

Your role

As a Production Administrator, you will assist both staff and managers within production with various types of support. You will provide support with administrative tasks in various forms, but also act as a unifying force in the form of events. The tasks are very varied and can range from acting as a meeting coordinator, facilitating administration, to conducting research and compiling materials.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to the organization
• Onboarding and offboarding of personnel
• Information dissemination
• Purchasing, travel bookings
• Invoice processing
• Planning/coordination of meetings
• Planning and execution of various events and activities
• Support in connection with annual calendar activities
• Be a helping hand to managers within production

Requirements

• Experience in similar administrative support roles
• Good skills in the MS Office package
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
• A strong administrative ability

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
